In addition to selling an abundant selection of local, seasonal products, Fresh2You hosts Taste It Recipe Demonstrations. At most markets, you can find highly trained volunteers cooking and sampling our Weekly Recipe.

LIVE MUSIC by Dylan Zangwill

Downingtown’s very own Dylan Zangwill will be performing LIVE at market this Saturday from 9-11am!

Dylan is a 16-year-old from the outskirts of Philadelphia. He has been singing and playing music most of his life and is known for his soulful vocals and powerful multi-instrumental solo performances. You may have seen him recently on American Idol or on America's Got Talent a few years back. Some of his biggest influences are Willie Nelson, The Beatles, David Bowie, Bob Dylan, and The Allman Brothers. Dylan's first EP was recorded with producer John Carter Cash at the Cash Cabin in Nashville and is soon to be released.

LIVE KIDS MUSIC by Crystal Murphy

Join us for a free family concert featuring Crystal Murphy & the Music Notes from 12-1pm. Sing along to songs you know and many new songs that will have you flapping your butterfly wings or shaking your sillies in our instrument playground. Crystal Murphy is a local children's musician, teacher, and owner of Crystal Murphy Music in Downingtown, PA. She loves to ignite the imagination and shake some sillies!

Downingtown Area Recreation Consortium

The Downingtown Area Recreation Consortium (DARC) is a multi-government entity with in the DASD. Our digital brochure provides a detailed list of our activities, 3 times a year. We offer a variety of Adult/ Youth Programs, Workshops, Computer, Science, On-Line Courses, Leagues, and Trips. During the summer we offer a Playground Camp, Full-Day Adventure Camp, sports camps, science, nature and theater camps. DARC will be offering free melon themed crafts for kids, try your hand at a friendly game of Cornhole and find out about all the different types of programs and discounted amusement park tickets DARC has to offer.

United Sports

United Sports offers leagues, classes, camps, and other programs for all ages. Lil' Kickers soccer, gymnastics, NFL flag football, jr.NBA basketball, adult kickball, and more! United Sports will be bringing a little fun to Melon Mania -- bubbles, beach balls, a chance to score some point on our mini soccer net and basketball hoop, and some fun prizes like t-shirts and sunglasses.

The Crafty Chef Academy

A fun, hands-on experiences for children and adults who are interested in learning creatively satisfying techniques that will last a lifetime! The Crafty Chef Academy was created by a pediatric psychologist turned chef enthusiast and is inspired by the founder's 3 daughters who love to craft, cook, and create in the kitchen!
