Join us for a fun and relaxing evening of movement, mindfulness, and sweet treats at the Thursday Eagleview Farmers Market on Thursday, August 27th! Led by Rebecca Seidenberger of Yoga with Ms. Rebecca, this outdoor kids yoga class will introduce children to playful yoga poses, breathing exercises, movement games, and relaxation techniques in a fun and welcoming environment.

We encourage all yogis to shop the farmers market before class! All participants will receive $5 in MarketBucks for shopping; stop by Growing Roots info tent to claim!

Kids will build strength, balance, confidence, and mindfulness while enjoying the fresh air and community atmosphere of the Eagleview Town Center. After class, each little yogi can enjoy a FREE ice cream Chipwich from Good Girls Bakery while supplies last!

All ages welcome, 3–10 years old recommended. Parents are welcome to participate with kids 🧘
