Tell us about yourself and your business.
Hi, my name is Sarah Holland. I'm chef/owner of Good Girls Bakery and Good Girls on the Go. We specialize in sourdough bread, English muffins, and laminated pastries. We try to offer catering options as well. We have a list of different menus for private parties or for special community events. Good Girls Bakery is at Eagleview Farmers Market and Malvern Farmers Market every week.

How has being apart of Growing Roots impacted your business?
Being part of Growing Roots has impacted my business in such a immense way. It has allowed us to continue to grow and expand our business and explore what's next.

What do you love most about being apart of the farmers market?
The thing I love most about vending at Growing Roots Farmers Markets is that you actually get to meet your customers and know what they want and what they like. And you get to see firsthand how your product and your hard work makes someone else happy.

What’s your favorite thing to make?
My favorite thing to make, everyone wants to know what the chef's favorite thing to make is - it's money, okay, it's money!

What would you be doing if you didn’t own a bakery?
If I wasn't doing this, I would be on a mountain hiking with a pack, and I would be living off of the land.
