I'm always asked to bring a salad to pot luck dinners - why, because I have access to the very best veggies around at the farmers markets. For the gathering Saturday night I was showing off produce from every farmer at the market:
I chopped all of the veggies into interesting pieces. I steamed the potatoes, and lightly steamed the sugar snap peas. For my dressing - a lemon mint vinaigrette - light and delicious! And topped with cherry tomatoes from Kimberton CSA!
