Zucchini Chips

So zucchini is still in abundant supply at the markets, and I have another great healthy recipe for your dinner: Zucchini Chips - everyone will love these - especially the kids!

The recipe is straight forward - sliced zucchini gets a quick dip in lowfat milk, tossed with parmesan seasoned bread crumbs, spritzed with olive oil and bake.


The secret to keeping the calories under control is the "spritz" of olive oil. One serving of these great chips is only 60 calories and lots of flavor. Give them a try!
