Event Parking & Street Closure in Kimberton Village

We look forward to welcoming you all to the charming Kimberton Village for Craft & Mercantile! Our team has been working diligently to make event parking and navigation as safe and seamless as possible. We appreciate your patience and caution upon arriving in the Village for the event.

Out of an abundance of caution, Kimberton Road will be closed to thru traffic between Prizer Rd & Hares Hill Rd. Event attendees, Kimberton Whole Foods shoppers, restaurant patrons, and residents will be permitted to enter Kimberton Rd through the Hares Hill Rd side. Residents only will be permitted to enter through the Prizer Rd side. Any non-event or non-related business traffic will be rerouted around via either Hares Hill Rd or Coldstream Rd.

Event parking is available in the CR Davis parking lot (next to KWF store & behind the warehouse) and the municipal lot on Prizer Rd. Our parking attendants will be stationed & ready to direct traffic and parking at each of these locations. If these lots are full, traffic will be directed to overflow parking at the KYAL Baseball Fields across from Kimberton Fairgrounds. The event can be easily accessed via a 5-7 minute walk from overflow parking thru Kimberton Park past the amphitheater which backs up to Kimberton Whole Foods parking lot. If you’re unfamiliar with the area, don’t worry! Clearly marked signage will be posted to guide you from your parking lot to the event, and our parking attendants can happily guide you in the right direction. Handicap parking is available in the KWF store parking lot, first come first served.

While we hope there will be parking readily available for all who attend, we do recommend & appreciate carpooling or ride-sharing when possible!

Please note: Kimberton Whole Foods grocery store will be open until 8pm!

While we love your furry friends, dogs are not permitted at this event due to lack of green space for them to play, large crowds of humans (incl. small children), and vehicle traffic expected in parking areas - all of which combined do not offer a welcoming environment for dogs. We appreciate you helping keep our pets safe by leaving them at home.

Bee Hobby Craft

Home Decor

The focus of my work is framed wood art and home decor created using pyrography with embellishments of watercolor, acrylic paints, or mixing wood species. The items are a variety of sizes and themes.  They make perfect gift options for an engagement, wedding, or new home. Being a mom of three I love creating baby and child inspired decorative art as well, like inspirational wall art displays for all of those creations kids bring home from school and our popular piggy banks.

Elephant and Rose Art

Floral Art

Anna Rose is the owner behind Elephant and Rose Art. She is a young floral artist who loves painting the beauty in nature. Her favorite medium is watercolor and she frequently paints wedding bouquets and birth month flower paintings for her online customers. She offers original art, hand painted bookmarks and high quality art prints. Her hope is that her paintings help others appreciate the beauty in creation and inspire them to make their own spaces even more beautiful!

Erin Hulse Candles

Candles

Candle containers have been thrifted or up-cycled, which means the designs and styles will continually be changing and updated based on what I find! They are hand poured in small batches and are made with scented oils and soy wax. Being able to give a new life to something that has otherwise been forgotten is an exciting challenge that I love to share with other people. Once your candle is burned out, please feel free to reuse your container for whatever you see fit! That way, we can continue to reuse and recycle.

Fluffy Bits and Bobs

Fiber & Textiles

Fluffy Bits and Bob was born as a creative outlet as I manage a medical illness and disability. Needle felting had been a hobby for several years. Since I first saw a fluff of wool turned into a creation I was mesmerized… and I was hooked. Upcycling is a passion of mine - I hunt thrift stores, estate sales and clearance sections to find objects to be transformed and given new life. I hope my work will bring smiles and I get such joy when my creations find their homes.

Maddy Made Pottery

Ceramics/Pottery

Coming from a family of botanists, it is hard not to see the beauty in all things flora. When I found the medium of clay it felt like a no brainer to combine them. I work out of my home studio creating each piece with love. I start with wet clay and either throw it on the pottery wheel or build it by hand. Once the structure is created I use that as my canvas. I incorporate nature in many ways from pressing leaves to sculpting flowers petal by petal. The pieces then get fired, glazed, and re-fired. After quality checking, sanding, and photographing my work, they are ready to find their forever homes.
