Movement at the Market

 Growing Roots Partners is thrilled to announce our Movement at the Market series!

Community wellness has always been at the heart of what we do. This season, we're partnering with local instructors and studios to bring free Yoga, Fitness & Strength, and Pilates classes to our farmers markets. Since 2013, we’ve had the honor of connecting our communities with local farmers, fresh food, and meaningful experiences. We're excited to continue furthering our mission with this wellness initiative.

Movement at the Market is designed to make wellness accessible, welcoming, and community-centered. In addition to shopping for fresh, local, nutritious food at our farmers markets every week, you can also join us for an energizing workout, a mindful yoga practice, or a strength-building class. We’re proud to create a space for our neighbors to nourish mind, body, and soul with the best that our local farmers, producers, and wellness partners have to offer!

Lauren Daly Clark Yoga & Wellness

Through Lauren Daly Clark Yoga & Wellness, LLC, I am pleased to offer a variety of yoga services designed to meet your unique needs. Whether you’re looking to book a private session, host a small gathering with family and friends, or collaborate as a community partner, each offering is thoughtfully tailored to create an inclusive, supportive, and engaging experience.

From private and group sessions to community-based and wellness-focused events, my goal is to bring yoga into spaces that feel approachable, meaningful, and above all—enjoyable..


Class Offering + Schedule: Slow down, stretch, and reconnect with an all-levels yoga class (45 minutes) designed to be welcoming for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, water, and any personal props they may prefer for their practice. A limited number of yoga blocks can be provided. Recommended for participants ages 14 and up. Join Lauren for a class on June 20, July 11, August 8, and September 12 at Downingtown farmers market!

 

Pilates Body Center

Meghan Jackson

Pilates Body Center was the first Pilates studio in Chester County, established in 2001. In addition to working with clients 1:1, owner, Meghan Jackson, co-directs a vibrant teacher training & mentorship program and leads international retreats through her brand, Well in Motion™.


Class Offering + Schedule: All levels Pilates mat class, 45 minutes. Bring a mat, towel and a water bottle. 18 years and older. Join Meghan for a class on June 27 at Malvern farmers market!

 

Progress Pilates

Progress Pilates Studio delivers thoughtful, high-quality Pilates instruction in a drama-free, supportive space where every client receives personalized attention in small classes and leaves feeling stronger, calmer, and cared for.

Class Offering + Schedule: Pilates mat class, 45 minutes. All levels and ages. Mat needed. Join Progress Pilates for a class on July 11 and September 5 at Malvern farmers market!
