Interested in adding a new product?

Market participants are accepted to Growing Roots Farmers Markets based on a defined product inventory. Any additions to a market participants market offerings need to be approved by Growing Roots to:

Assess need
Protect market balance
Review ingredient sourcing
Sample product, including packaging and labeling
Assess compliance with Pennsylvania Department of Health and/or other regulatory agency

Please complete the New Product Review form below if you are interested in adding to your inventory. No new products are allowed to be introduced at a market without Growing Roots approval. After reviewing your application to add to your inventory we will contact you within 7 days regarding status and possible sampling.

Product Ingredients and Sourcing

Please provide a complete list of all product ingredients and where you are sourcing them. Be thorough. Allow one ingredient per line. As a reminder, the goal for product sourcing for 2019 of value added products is at least 20% of ingredients from local agricultural products.

Please describe how this new product compliments and adds value to the overall product mix at market.
