We hope you'll come and try our pink oyster mushrooms before the season ends. The pink oysters are a wonderful mushroom that you can add to any meal to give it a beautiful taste of bacon. You can also slice the mushroom into thin strips, brush it with maple syrup, and bake it to make a delicious vegan bacon alternative.

They take pride in raising all-natural, grass-fed poultry, beef, lamb, and hogs on lush, open pastures.This week they are featuring fresh duck. It's time to duck into the kitchen to try a fresh new protein source! They are bringing duck breast, duck leg quarters, wings and whole ducks. Or stick with fresh chicken or fresh turkey or fresh eggs, and don’t forget to take home a pot pie for the kids after school.
